Middle Achievers Program

6th through 8th grade

The middle school program is designed for sixth through eighth grade. Research shows that this age group experiences the second largest period of brain development in their lifetime, creating a valuable opportunity for our program to help students develop and refine their decision-making skills, personal identities, social connections, attitudes toward academics and career pursuits, and to prevent juvenile delinquency. This after school program will begin in January of 2026, with registration opening on Nov.1, 2025. This will be a free service open to the community. Transportation will be provided from the local middle and high schools at a cost.

The program promotes hands-on learning. We teach investing by forming an investment club, entrepreneurship by guiding students through the creation, marketing, and sale of a product, and financial literacy by helping youth budget any earned income throughout the year.
